Scott and Alyssa have been in worship leadership for nearly 20 years. In that time, they have served on the leadership teams of some great churches across the country. Their passion is to see worship pastors, leaders, and teams thrive as they build healthy teams, rhythms, and expectations through a framework of intentionality. Scott serves on the pastoral team of Lifepointe Church. In addition to her involvement with IWM, Alyssa also directs Behold Him, a prayer counseling ministry committed to helping others see Jesus rightly.

They know that healthy leaders replicate themselves in those that they lead. Scott and Alyssa started Intentional Worship Ministries to offer connection, encouragement, and training to worship pastors, worship leaders, and teams starting with the leaders and imitating Jesus' approach to invest in a few-disciples making disciples. Healthy leadership doesn't happen with it's convenient, it happens when it's intentional.
